Truck and bus tyres since 2010
JOYALL is a specialised manufacturer of all-steel tyres for trucks and buses. The plant was built in 2010 in the Weihai international port development zone and has focused from the outset on a single product class — tyres for commercial vehicles.
The design capacity of the plant is 4.8 million tyres a year; the first phase for 2.4 million tyres was commissioned in 2015. Production runs to the IATF 16949 standard with end-to-end control at every stage.
Narrow specialisation lets the brand hold consistent quality in the most popular sizes. The lines are split by axle — steer, drive, trailer — and by road surface: long-haul, regional transport, construction site.
The JOYALL sales network spans five continents. In Uzbekistan the brand is chosen by transport companies that value predictable mileage and a clear cost per kilometre.
JOYALL focuses on a single product class — all-steel tyres for commercial vehicles — and develops it to a level where tyre life stays predictable on any haul.
