PRIVACY POLICY

The Company (Operator) — SS TYRES, which organises and carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the categories of data processed and the operations performed on it.

Website — the tyres.kelyanmedia.com website with all its language versions.

User — any person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses it.

Personal data — information recorded on an electronic, paper and/or other physical medium that relates to a specific individual or makes it possible to identify them.

Processing of personal data — any action or set of actions involving the collection, systematisation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, dissemination, transfer, anonymisation and destruction of personal data, performed with or without the use of automation.

Confidentiality of personal data — a requirement binding on the Company and other persons granted access not to allow personal data to be disseminated without the consent of the data subject or another lawful ground.

Cookies — a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the User device, which the browser sends back to the server when accessing pages of the Website.

IP address — the unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.

2.1. This Policy applies to the Website and all its language versions and covers the data the Company receives through the Website and the contact channels listed on it.

2.2. Using the Website and submitting an enquiry means the User accepts the terms of this Policy.

2.3. If the User does not accept the Policy, they must stop using the Website.

2.4. The Policy does not apply to third-party websites and services linked from the Website, including the pages of the payment provider, social networks and the mapping service. The Company does not control such resources and is not responsible for their data processing policies.

2.5. The Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

2.6. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 On Personal Data and other applicable regulations.

3.1. Data the User provides themselves through the contact form on the Website:

• name;
• company name (if provided);
• phone number;
• email address;
• message text.

3.2. Data the User provides to a manager when agreeing the order: company details, delivery address and contact details of the consignee.

3.3. Technical data transmitted automatically when accessing the Website:

• IP address;
• browser type, version and language, operating system;
• date and time of the request;
• the address of the requested page and the referring address;
• data from technical cookie files.

3.4. Through the Website the Company does not collect bank card details, passport data, health information or other special categories of personal data.

3.5. The Website is intended for company representatives and adult users. The Company does not knowingly collect data from minors.

The Company processes personal data solely for the following purposes:

• processing the enquiry: contacting the User, selecting the size, preparing a quotation and an invoice;
• performance of the supply contract: preparing documents, arranging delivery, warranty service;
• feedback, consultation and technical support on requests;
• keeping internal records of requests and handling claims;
• maintaining the operation and security of the Website, detecting technical failures and abuse;
• compliance with legal requirements, including tax and accounting rules;
• sending informational and promotional messages — only with the separately expressed consent of the User.

The Company does not take decisions producing legal consequences for the User solely on the basis of automated data processing.

Personal data are processed on the following grounds:

Consent of the personal data subject — given by ticking the relevant box when submitting a form on the Website. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Performance of the contract — processing is necessary to prepare and perform the supply of Goods to which the User is a party.

Fulfilment of obligations imposed by law — including accounting and tax records and the retention of source documents.

Legitimate interests of the Company — ensuring Website security, protection against abuse and handling disputes, where this does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the User.

6.1. The Company does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for marketing.

6.2. Transfer is possible only to the minimum extent necessary and only in the following cases:

• to transport and courier services — to deliver the order;
• to banks and payment providers — to issue the invoice and accept payment;
• to IT service providers (hosting, email) bound by a confidentiality obligation;
• to the authorised state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan — on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.

6.3. The Website is hosted on the servers of a hosting provider; some technical data may be processed on equipment located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan when the Website is accessed.

6.4. All third parties granted access to personal data must comply with confidentiality requirements equivalent to those adopted by the Company.

7.1. The Website uses technical (functional) cookies necessary for it to work correctly: storing the selected interface language and the service cookies of the content management system.

7.2. At the time this version was published no third-party advertising or analytics trackers are installed on the Website. This section will be updated if any are added.

7.3. The User may disable cookies in the browser settings. Certain Website functions, including language switching, may then work incorrectly.

7.4. Data on IP addresses and page requests are used to detect and fix technical faults and to protect the Website from automated abuse.

8.1. Processing is carried out by any lawful means, including in information systems, with or without the use of automation.

8.2. Data from enquiries are stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. Where a contract is concluded — for its term and the subsequent document retention periods established by law.

8.3. Once the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data are deleted or anonymised, except where further retention is required by law.

8.4. The Company takes the necessary organisational and technical protective measures: restricting staff access, transmitting data over a secure connection (HTTPS), backups, and confidentiality obligations for staff and contractors.

8.5. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data the Company promptly informs the Users affected.

9.1. The User has the right to:

• obtain information on which of their personal data are processed and the sources of that data;
• require that their personal data be clarified, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or obtained unlawfully;
• withdraw the consent to processing previously given;
• opt out of receiving informational and promotional messages;
• appeal against the actions of the Company to the authorised state body or in court.

9.2. The request shall be sent to info.sstyres@mail.ru or by phone +998 90 251 50 05. The Company reviews the request within the period established by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9.3. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal and may make it impossible to fulfil an order already agreed.

10.1. The User must provide accurate personal data necessary to process the enquiry and notify any changes to it promptly.

10.2. The Company shall:

• use the data obtained solely for the purposes set out in section 4 of this Policy;
• keep confidential information secret and not disclose it without the consent of the User, except in the cases set out in section 6;
• take precautions to protect the data in the manner customarily applied to information of this kind;
• block the personal data from the moment of a justified request by the User, their legal representative or an authorised state body for the period of the review.

11.1. A Company that has failed to fulfil its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11.2. The Company is not liable for the loss or disclosure of information if it:

• became public knowledge before being lost or disclosed;
• were received from a third party before the Company obtained them;
• were disclosed with the User consent.

11.3. The User is responsible for third-party data they pass to the Company and confirms that they have lawful grounds for such transfer.

12.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiation. Before going to court the parties undertake to follow the pre-action claim procedure.

12.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be heard by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12.3. This Policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

13.1. The Company may amend this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.

13.2. The Company notifies Users separately of material changes affecting the categories of data processed or the purposes of processing.
