Off-the-road tyres since 1998
MARCHER is a brand of Qingdao Qizhou Rubber focused on tyres for off-road machinery: quarry, construction, port, warehouse and agricultural equipment.
The plant has operated since 1998 in the Qianlou industrial park near Qingdao. It covers 93,000 m², of which over 62,000 m² is production; the workforce exceeds 300 people, including 75 engineers.
Annual capacity: 2 million bias truck tyres, 1 million bias agricultural tyres, 500,000 bias OTR and construction tyres, 60,000 radial agricultural tyres, 50,000 radial OTR and 10,000 ultra-large tyres.
The products are supplied to more than 80 countries and have been approved by the mining companies FMG and Rio Tinto in Australia and Shenhua Group in China. Production is certified to ISO 9001, DOT and CCC.
MARCHER makes tyres for machinery that never stops: quarry dump trucks, loaders, port handlers — where downtime caused by a tyre costs more than the tyre itself.
